At World Map Artworks Co., every print is made just for you using museum‑grade materials. We want you to love your artwork, and if something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll take care of it quickly.
If Your Order Arrives Damaged or Incorrect
If your artwork shows up damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, we’ll replace it at no cost.
Just email us within 7 days of delivery with:

Photos of the packaging

Photos of the artwork

A short note about what happened
Once we review the photos, we’ll send a replacement right away.
Lost Packages
If your package never arrives and the carrier can’t confirm delivery, we’ll replace it for free.
What Can’t Be Returned
Because each piece is custom‑made, we’re not able to accept returns for:

Changing your mind

Ordering the wrong size or material

Color differences caused by screen settings

Claims made after 7 days
Refunds
Refunds are only issued if:

A replacement can’t be made

A verified production error can’t be corrected

You cancel your order before production begins
Refunds go back to your original payment method.
Order Cancellations
You can cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it. After production starts, cancellations aren’t possible.
